GOLD’S GYM CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers who have Gold’s Gym memberships can cancel their membership by visiting the Gold’s Gym website and going to the “My Membership” page.
From there, they will need to sign in to their account, click on the “Cancel Membership” tab, and then follow the instructions on how to cancel.
Customers who cancel their membership before their billing cycle is up will still be responsible for paying the remainder of their dues. Gold’s Gym does not offer refunds for membership dues.
Gold’s Gym also offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for new members who sign up in person at a Gold’s Gym location. To cancel and get a refund, customers must visit the gym within 30 days of signing up and fill out a cancellation form.
