Day 1: Srinagar

Staying in a boat house is once in a lifetime experience. You can enjoy the Floating Bazaars which sell exquisite beautiful flowers early in the morning. Lake views sunrise and sunset are the most beautiful sights on the Kashmir tour. The snow-clad mountains and the sparkling lake make the most beautiful canvas viewing the sunset.

You can also do a triund trek for some amazing trekking experience.

Srinagar has many traditional houseboats where you can enjoy your stay most finely. These houseboats are made from the old seasoned pinewood from British times. Day 2: Sonamarg

On the 2nd day of the Kashmir tour package, you visit the most scenic drives along the Sindh river that joins Jhelum. The surrounding beauty is marvelous. The orchards with cherry, apples, poplar, chinar, willow, strawberry, and mulberry are very pretty. If you are a bird lover then you can go bird watching because every year the Siberian birds migrate in the rice paddy fields for several months in Srinagar.

The snow in Sonmarg is very beautiful. Winters are very pleasant and fresh with snow sparkling in the sunlight making Sonmarg a pleasant picnic spot.

Day 3: Srinagar

Set out and explore the beauty of Dal Lake on the third day. You can admire the most exotic flowers in the garden of Mughal Garden, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh. The gardens were built in the 17th century and are extremely well maintained. The Pari Mahal provides a beautiful aerial view of the whole city. The tulip garden of the Indira Gandhi Memorial is mesmerizing.

Day 4: Pahalgam

On the 4th day of your Kashmir tour package, you drive towards Pahalgam. Pahalgam is accompanied by the Lidder River which is famous for trout fishing.

The weather condition in Pahalgam is quite cold. Many shops sell carpets, pashmina shawls, papier-mache crafts, and many other accessories.

You can go sightseeing in Betab valley which has open gardens. You can explore the Aru valley and the wildlife sanctuary in Pahalgam. There is a pony ride available in Pahalgam that you can enjoy.

Pahalgam is Kashmir’s best trekking base. You can enjoy trekking in the Lidder valley. Mamal temple which lies above the west bank of the Lidder river is worth seeing.

Day 5: Gulmarg

Gulmarg is filled with natural beauty and has the highest golf course in the world. You can enjoy sightseeing in Gulmarg.  You can enjoy skiing in the snow or go riding on sledgehammers and enjoy the snow scooters. 

The name Gulmarg means flower meadow. Gulmarg has beautiful stretches of flower meadows. The flower meadow is 1km wide and more than 3 km long. This vast meadow gives tourists ample space for enjoying a picnic with their families. You can also enjoy the pony rides here. 

Day 6:  Khilanmarg

On the 6th day of your Kashmir tour package, you take up the gondola ride to Khilanmarg. You can enjoy skiing in the snow. Many experienced skiers come here for enjoying skiing. 

Many small dhabas serve delicious fresh food which you can enjoy. Also, several shops sell regional clothes which you can try on or buy for yourself. 

After enjoying Khilanmarg you set back towards Srinagar for your way back home.
